Oh I enjoyed this whole series...wonderful photos, this must be post 2001 because I've never seen this before...beautiful!
Also, Jean Pierre is quite the handsome one!
Have a great weekend :)
I like the reflection you can see on the sculpture in the first picture! I also like the way the clouds look in the background.
I really like that sculpture and it looks great against the sky and catching reflections on it's shiny surface.
This one is gorgeous too and the photos are excellent! Also like the detail of the previous sculpture, very original!
I like the upmost picture very much. Contrast between hard steel and puffy clouds is interesting. Nice reflections on the statue also.
Have a nice weekend!

Great post, lovely photo. Your blog is so colorful and I love all the wonderful art.
Hi Nancy, great photos of the urban trees! I like how they change them every now and then. Did you happen to see the whale that is hanging around the Bay?
Thanks Felicia - I'll add a link to the story. I certainly pray that the grey whale makes it out of the bay. My husband used to fly tourists down to the lagoons in Baja, Mexico to see the grey whales. They are amazing.
Hi Nancy,as I said before I have enjoyed the Urban tree's is this the last one? Hope you guys get soom rain soon our summers here tend to be very hot and dry so I know what you mean about gardening.I'm taking my time on the kitchen, doing a bit everyday so I don't get overwhelmed not that my kitchen is big but its alot of work removing doors and hardware hope you have a great weekend and do something fun....Barb
another excellent art sculpture. You are going to have a great time in the Valley of the Sun. Enjoy Chihuly as it is running through May.
Another wonderful set. I especially like the first one - the light and shadows are extraordinary...but then, it helps to see the second shot to put it all in perspective.
I did follow the grey whale story...fascinating...hope the poor thing make it to deeper water. I guess this is one reason they call such a "whale of a story"?
Wonderfully art sculpture!
Great composed images, too.
Theses are absolutely stunning.
these statues show your very changeable sky
Sea and Sky is a perfect title for this one and so is your first photo. Have a great weekend.
